REFUND POLICY

If issues arise from our end, such as defects, incorrect size, or color discrepancies, you have a 30-day window for a guaranteed return.

Ensure the boots remain unworn and are returned in their original packaging. Upon confirmation, you can opt for either a direct refund or an exchange based on your preference.

In the event that the ordered boots are too small, we don't facilitate direct returns but gladly offer an exchange for a different size.

WE ONLY ISSUE A CASH REFUND IF THE ISSUE STEMS FROM OUR END. In other situations, we provide an exchange.
